I am professional chef with 14 years of experience in different kitchens & cuisines .
Originally from India so my love for spices is something I boast off.
I have done my Bachelor's in hotel management from India & my Post Graduation in Artisanal Culinary Arts from London Ontario.
I am Butcher , Baker, Sausage maker & a cook PLUS , I love to pair everything with my Beers & Spirits. (i have also completed my Wset level 1 & cicerone course level 1)
Farm to table style of cooking is what drives me & sustainability in cooking is something I am striving towards.
My culinary strengths pan across several cuisines with Italian, French & Mediterranean being the notable ones.
I am striving towards building a stronger forte in Indian & Mexican cusines.
Currently working on a millets project, I strongly believe Millets were & will be the future of grains & healthy sustainance.
