Chef Vince Weir

I am a professional chef with roughly 10 years of Industry experience. I graduated from the accelerated 3 year chef training at George Brown in 2015. I have worked in numerous fine dining restaurants across the city but have always been used to fulfill someone else's vision for what goes onto the plate.

I am beginning a new chapter in my life where I rely solely on my belief in myself and my ability to bring delicious food into existence without the names of exclusive restaurants behind me.
