I've worked under some of the best chefs in the country and I've also worked at some of the best restaurants in the country ( Carmines and Carna). Chef Vincent was great and punctual! Food was delicious and he even got me and my friend birthday cakes and candles. He was perfect, would highly recommend and would use him if I ever come back to the Bahamas.

This was by far the best part of our trip, our group just loved Chef Vince, he was so very talented and took his food to the next level, well above the menu he sent to us. It was truly incredible. He will forever be our go to for a chef when traveling to the Bahamas. Also went out of his way to share his story and show his passion behind each dish. Truly the best night. Also helped us afterwards and truly view him as a friend. He’s beyond talented, very professional and food will not disappoint. A gift to have gotten to know and have served us.
