Having cooked in establishments of repute such as Oliver & Bonacini restaurant group, La Locanda del Pilone (MIchelin Star restaurant in Alba, Piemonte, Italy) etc., it has given me a culinary experience like no other.
Putting my personal, original & creative touch to dishes is my forte and that's where I stand apart from the crowd. I excel in visualizing dishes made from seasonal ingredients, anticipate my client's needs and being flexible to meet my client's expectations and exceed them.
Also, I am fully vaccinated with all three doses.
