Chef Tristan Guilbeault

I am a young chef who has been working in the kitchen since I was 14 years old. I even created my first dish with my father at only three years old! Growing up on a ranch, gardening, foraging and going to the local farmers market were very influential parts of my development. As a teenager, I developed a love for cooking and decided to stick with it. Now I found myself more immersed than ever in the world of food, highlighting local ingredients through the lens of my culinary experiences. I love to cook over fire and am very inspired by Mexican, Italian and Peruvian cuisines. My style is letting the ingredients shine while also pairing them with complimentary flavours.
