My cooking makes people happy and brings them peace.

I have been a private chef over 40 times.

I trained in Japan for 8 years in authentic Japanese cuisine, worked as the head chef of a one Michelin star restaurant in Toronto for 4 years, and owned my own store selling authentic Japanese bento boxes for 3 years.

In total, I have 23 years of culinary experience.

I am always researching and working to spread the excellence of Japanese cuisine in Canada.

I have also taught online cooking 7 times, most recently in front of nearly 100 students from all over the world at one time!
