I am a professional chef with over 10 years experience in the industry. I studied at the Technological University of Dublin where I completed a bachelor of arts in Culinary Arts ultimately specializing in Pastry . I currently work as a head pastry chef at a well recognized winery in Kelowna. My partner is also a head chef at a popular restaurant in kelowna specializing in the savoury side of cooking so with us you get a 2 for 1 team of chefs capable of crafting your perfect dinner. With his savoury skills and my pastry expertise I am certain we can cater to any occasion and meet your expectations.
