With over 20 years in the industry, I have dedicated my career to developing innovative and sustainable menus that highlight fresh, local ingredients and bold flavors. As the former co-owner and chef of Boulangerie Rustique Sweet Lee’s, I specialized in creating thoughtful, seasonal offerings while leading catering operations that brought high-quality, handcrafted food to a wider audience. My experience in menu development extends beyond creativity—I focus on balancing flavors, meeting diverse dietary needs, and ensuring operational efficiency. Whether designing menus for a restaurant, catering an event, or training teams in best practices, my goal is always to share my love for food in a way that excites and inspires others.
