A personal chef for 13 years, I specialize in both meal prep to meet clients nutrition goals and dinner parties with internationally inspired meals.
I first started working as a personal chef work through my background in nutrition, health and fitness. I was a personal trainer with clients who did not have time to make the proper meals to support their fitness regimes which sabotaged their results. I decided to train at The Liaison College of Culinary Arts as a personal chef to help them meet their goals. From there I discovered how much I loved to cook. I went on to cook for Shopper's Drug Mart Life Experiences, collaborating with clients on menu design and bringing that menu to life by cooking a three or four-course meal in their homes. After that, I started EcoFoodLab to meet the surge in demand that Paleo Meals were having. I supplied, for three years, through my connections in the fitness industry, many CrossFit athletes, those trying to control their blood sugar and many with food intolerances. I am also certified as a sports nutritionist by the American Muscle and Fitness Trainers and can design and cook an menu based on individual fitness goals.
