I started scratch cooking and baking at a very early age. Though I have no formal training, my dishes taste amazing and I am very conscious about food safety and handling.
I believe food should be as natural and sustainably produced as possible and so I grow much of my own veggies, some fruits and proteins to ensure this. What I can't provide/produce myself I try to source within 100km.
