With over a decade of experience in fine dining, boutique resorts, and private events, I bring a refined yet grounded approach to food—one that blends technique and elegance with warmth and simplicity. Whether I’m creating wood-fired sourdough pizzas or multi-course tasting menus, I strive to use thoughtful ingredients and precise methods without ever losing sight of comfort or approachability on the plate.
My background includes roles as Executive Sous Chef at Nita Lake Lodge and Executive Chef at Row Fourteen, where I led culinary teams and curated seasonal menus that were as rooted in flavour as they were in experience. I approach each dish with humility and curiosity, always aiming to make people feel welcome through food.
