I am a professional chef with 25 years International's experience. I have done Food Production Diploma and Food safe Certificate (from Dubai/ UK , Cayman Islands , Canada ). I have participated culinary competition in several countries and won Best innovated Caribbean Dish Award winner, Chef of the year 3rd Place and several Gold, Silver Medal Award. I have worked in high end fine dining Restaurant kitchen and supper deluxe 5 star hotels ( Le Meridien , The Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Dusit Hotels Chain)as well as excellent knowledge of Banqueting and Catering style food production . I love cooking and my culinary knowledge and practices, I am offering excellent international multi cuisine ( Continental , Indian , Mediterranean, English Pub style and touch of Sushi , Thai/ Chinese , Caribbean and American/Canadian) as well as well expect for cocktail/ BBQ party( Canapés , sea food night , wine dinner , pasta night, curry festival ) maintain high level of food and personal hygiene and exceptional fusion food.
