With over a decade immersed in the exciting world of hospitality, I'm proud to say I'm half Venezuelan and half Colombian, a blend that not only enriches my cultural perspective but also influences my approach to gastronomy and mixology.
Since a young age, I've developed a deep passion for food and cocktails, a passion that has become the driving force behind my career in hospitality. I relish exploring new flavors, ingredients, and techniques, always striving to create unique and memorable gastronomic experiences for my guests.
