I have specialized in cooking for 10 years, having as a school different states of the Mexican Republic and abroad, I have 2 titles in International Gastronomy, one in Mexico and the other valid abroad from the University of Louis in Boston, I am dedicated to discipline, cleanliness, and seasoning. I am currently developing the cooking time project in the Quebec region in which we will infuse Mexican culinary trends and Canadian products
