A chef went from Dubai to London and London to canada to explore and willing to serve my customer fully fine dining experience at home.
Due to financial problem I was unable to join a culinary school but I was fortunate that Marriott brought me over to their one of the hotel where I was able to learn cooking while working as steward. So I would do 10 hours in stewarding and 4-6 hours in kitchen everyday.
I’ve been working since 2014 with the properties like Marriott , Mandarin oriental and Joel Robuchon’s restaurant in London UK. I’ve got experience in Mediterranean cuisine as well as French.
