I am a professional chef of over 20 years, having been interested in art as a youth and believing that cooking is an expression one's artistic ability. I love the thought that I can influence other and teach them to express themselves through there food. Knowing that individuals are much more knowledgeable with what they eat, I have also started to blend my knowledge of my cooking to the healthy lifestyle of others. In addition to my culinary background I am also a Pro Fitness Model, and merge the two together. I wish to change the minds of the public by making the food they love healthier for them.
