Food is the greatest gift of experience. As a chef, I have had the pleasure to experience a wide variety of cuisines. From Caribbean, to french, Italian, Thai and Indian. I have lived in coastline cities with fresh seafood is but 10 minutes away to cook and experiment to submerged in Thailand and Cambodia with the chance to submerge in the culture and cuisine. With 5 years as an Executive chef at a one of a kind Health and wellness Spa in British Columbia, being able to put amazing flavors and cuisines together but to approach food from a health conscious standpoint i am able to put together a full spectrum meal.

We were so delighted by our experience with Chef Romaine! He was very responsive and communicative in the planning and made any menu adjustments we suggested. He arrived promptly and was very fast and efficient in his food prep. The food itself was truly excellent and we were completely wowed by our dinner. I wasn’t sure if I would find it awkward, but Chef Romaine has such a warm and relaxed demeanor, it was all very comfortable and easy. I would 100% recommend you hire Chef Romaine for your event – you will be blown away by the experience overall, from planning to execution, and it will be a meal that you and your guests will remember for a lifetime!

Our group had an exceptional experience with Chef Romaine. Every aspect of his service was absolutely first class. He is also an extremely engaging, interesting and it was very easy welcoming him into our home and be part of our dinner party. The menu he prepared and the food he executed were amazing! Not only was he open to a few minor tweaks, but he made the menu lay-out very collaborative. Our group raved about each course and Chef Romaine took a minute before each offering to tell us about the dish. Chef Romaine also left our kitchen in better shape than he found it. His attention to every detail - from menu planning, food preparation to clean-up - was tremendous. We would absolutely recommend Chef Romaine!
