I have been passionate about food for as long as I can remember. As one of the few true base pleasures in life, I have always believed in taking the time to understand what we eat, why we eat it, and what it does to the body. Life is too short to eat bad food, and cooking it the gateway to understanding culture and the incredibly diverse cuisines fr around the world.

Professional service. Food was delicious

Chef Rodney was a complete professional but not at all stuffy like some chefs can be. Several of our guests had dietary restrictions and he was able to integrate them into the menu with ease. He exceeded all of our expectations from punctuality to presentation and preparation to clean up. It was my first time using a personal chef and he made it effortless for me so I did not hesitate to provide a glowing review.
