I am a professional Chef with more than 10 years of experience. I studied Culinary Arts in my home country Chile and decided to expand my knowledge coming to Canada in 2019. My cuisine is a mixture of everything that I love, fresh seafood with Latino flavour. Respect of the traditional techniques of every culture and a bit of experimenting and taking risk when feeling adventurous.
