"Almost 20 years of professional cooking experience and dual diplomas in Italian and Canadian schools, i have worked in a diverse range of kitchens, including banquet halls, Michelin-starred and fine dining establishments also in catering services. Having worked in France, Italy, Canada, and Egypt, my culinary journey has allowed me to embrace diverse culinary traditions and techniques. From scratch, I create exceptional dishes that reflect my extensive knowledge in Italian, Mediterranean, American, and Asian cuisine, ensuring a delightful gastronomic experience for all."
