I'm a professional chef with 27 years in the culinary industry. I have a rich Scottish background and am passionate about local ingredients.

I have studied both traditional food and whisky with a new age flair. I have trained in the UK, US, and all over Canada. I have built such a strong relationship with local farmers and producers. With this i can deliver top notch dishes with expertise.
