Private Chef In Drayton ValleyI have been in the hospitality industry since I was 16. I have worked in all areas in the Hotel/Resort environment which include Bell person, Front Desk Agent, Reservation Agent, Food and Beverage Manager, Executive Chef, Baker and a Pastry Chef.
I am a Red Seal Chef and also have a Hotel and Hospitality Management Diploma.
If not working I love to keep active, from woodworking, hiking, skiing, camping, all forms of artwork.
Also I have a passion for teaching the culinary arts. I am a Personal Chef where I do private functions as well as cooking classes
