Passionate for cooking and baking. I consider myself as a fusion Chef. So many great flavours in so many cultures.
I have been in the hospitality industry all my life. My mom was a Chef, so I learned from the best. Growing up the always was a lot of variety at the dinner table. I am also a Pastry Chef/Baker. I have my Red Seal in both areas, also a Hotel and Hospitality Management Diploma. I have owned a Baker and Cafe and a Bistro as well. As much as I have a passion in the food aspect I also have a great passion for the business side of this amazing industry. I have appreciated a number of people that moved on to become so amazing Chef's. I also have my personal trainer certificate so healthy eating is a major part of my life, farm to table.
