I am a chef originally from England, UK. I have travelled extensively and found a great love of food during my travels. I love cooking all cuisines and love to put a creative spin on things. I came to Canada in 2017 and attended North West Culinary school in Vancouver. I have learnt from some amazing chefs and worked in all areas of restaurants so my focus is on both the service as well as the food.

Rachel prepared a complete dinner for a family gathering. It was enjoyed by all and very delicious. We organised a family style presentation and it came with additional toppings for fish, meat, salads, and finished with a dessert platter. The dinner was hearty and enjoyed by all. It was also appreciated by those with dietary restrictions. We look forward to another visit to Whistler and having Rachel prepare a dinner again.
