I have a passion for nutritional cooking, providing all the necessary nutrition for the body for a healthy and active lifestyle.
I started my cooking career at my mother's family restaurant, Lotus Garden Vegan Vegetarian Restaurant in the mid-nineties.. After learning the Eastern Cuisine approach to flavors. I'd embarked on wanting to learn the Western Cuisines of flavors to add to my repertoire in my culinary journey. I studied my culinary training at George Brown College. Soon after I’d learned
under some of the most prestigious chefs in the Muskoka region, north of Toronto. I have also taken a personal study of nutrition to help people in need of a healthy lifestyle. I have 23 years of culinary experience and look forward to helping others experience a healthier lifestyle while maintaining the natural flavors.
