My culinary style revolves around locally sourced ingredients, prepared with classic and modern techniques, resulting in balanced and elegant dishes & meals.

My passion for crafting exceptional dining experiences goes beyond the plate. I've fine-tuned my ability to cater to diverse dietary preferences and restrictions, a skill I've mastered through personal experience as my child has allergies to eggs and dairy.

My approach to cooking marries tradition with innovation. I find inspiration in developing robust flavors that harmonize with regionally sourced ingredients, supporting both local suppliers and seasonal produce.

My menus are developed to involve flexibility to cook what is best available to go along with your menu. I focus on conscious eating that allows you and your guests to indulge but also feel great! I pour meticulous effort into balancing menus that offer delicious, mouth watering flavours and ingredients that ideally, don't leave you overly stuffed & bloated. Ensuring that each element of a dish works harmoniously to create memories around the table. Chef Peter was amazing from start to finish. He worked with us to create a menu for our slightly picky little family and made wonderful selections to please us all. We loved every bite and appreciated his presence during our special day. He made thoughtful selections and really knocked it out of the park when we asked for some local beers. Even my hard to please teenager said he loved the food. We were all delighted. Kids loved the strawberry shortcakes and Mac n cheese croquettes and the adults devoured the beet salad and duck. A fantastic, memorable meal and experience. Highly recommend chef Peter. Talented chef and warm and kind person!

Chef Peter was absolutely amazing. He worked with me to create a custom menu for a 5 day work retreat. All of his dishes were amazing, everyone couldn’t stop raving about the food. He was also great to have around during our time. I would 1000% recommend Peter and we already can’t wait to taste more of his creations.

I hired Chef Peter for a surprise birthday dinner for my wife (and myself) and he did not disappoint. Peter's initial menu proposal captured nearly all of my requested elements (not something I could say for most other chefs), but with a creative spin on each course that gave the experience the custom feel I was looking for. He was also great to bounce ideas off of leading up to the night. Peter was on time, well prepared and enjoyably social, but also respected our privacy when called for. His home made sour dough bread was delicious and our calamari came with a series of home made dips and pickled accompaniments, which was a nice touch. He left us the part jars of dips and pickles, and we've enjoyed them since. The main of beef some two ways and Brussels sprouts were incredible and we had just enough room for his home made basque cherry cheesecake (which we again enjoyed for several nights after). The experience of having such a highly trained and traveled chef in our own home was unique and a lot of fun. I would highly recommend Peter to anyone, and have on several occasions since.

The whole experience with Peter was wonderful. He was the only dinner proposal that had a complete vision for his menu based on our groups details. We loved the direction he went and how he incorporated our menu feedback. He was on time, professional, a great communicator and his skill and expertise was obvious in all his dishes. We were a group of 12 women, a hefty task for one person, let alone adding in some dietary restrictions to the mix. We were so impressed with our dinner experience with Chef Peter. Highly recommend!

Chef Peter was the perfect host for us: he played off our energy and knew when it was time to move the meal along and when we needed replenishing of his delicious HOMEMADE sour dough breads! He thoughtfully organized a full meal (with recommended wine pairings) that was completely catered to our guest of honour's palate. It's been a week and we're still talking about Chef Peter's incredible culinary talents.

Chef Peter served us a Michelin star experience! The whole experience was fantastic. Peter was amazing right from the menu proposal stage. He was prompt with communication and very flexible. The menu was excellent – a wonderful array of Italian dishes that all sounded amazing. This was going to be a new experience to our entire group of 6 guests. Service was top-notch, everything was expertly crafted and delicious! Not only was the food exceptional, but the chef's professionalism and presentation were also outstanding. The table was elegantly set, and each dish was beautifully plated. His preparation impressed us as well as came fully prepped to our (modest) kitchen. We were in awe how he made it all work. Clean-up was efficient and thorough - you barely knew he had been there. Peter is just an all-around great person and an outstanding chef. He created an unforgettable dining experience for the whole group that was evident in every aspect of the meal - 10/10 Thank You!

To put it simply... all of us are still dreaming about some of the dishes that Chef Peter prepared for us this past weekend. We wanted to have a nice intimate birthday dinner for my mom in the comfort of our own home and decided to take a chance with a new chef - Peter was amazing from the menu proposal stage. He was prompt in our communication and was very flexible, working closely with me until the menu was something we were both very excited about. On the day of, Peter was extremely professional and well-prepared. The dinner was incredible from start to finish, I've never tasted such flavorful calamari, and the arancini was literally to die for. And for the cherry on top, my kitchen was left spotless as if no one was ever in it! Book with Peter, you will NOT be disappointed!!

Chef Peter is an incredibly talented chef and an all round nice guy. We booked him for my brothers bday for a private meal for 4. He helped with the menu based on our taste and his wife who is a sommelier chose the wine pairings based on our request of local wines. We booked him based on his experience which includes working in one of London most prestigious restaurants.. dinner by Heston and tasting his food you knew you are treated to Michelin star dining It was one of our finest dining experiences and we have been to many Michelin Star restaurants and the meal was at that level I would highly recommend to try peter for a meal.
