Since the age of 16 I have worked in a kitchen, after 7 years of professional experience. I decided to cook for myself and ever since then I have taught myself a variety of cooking skills I wouldn't have learned in the kitchens of Toronto, ON.
Cooking is a passion, hobby, interest of mine and I love to keep learning and getting my hands dirty. Chef's I have looked up to include: Marco Pierre White, Anthony Bourdain, Roy Choi, Jacques Pépin, and Massimo Bottura.
I have entered culinary competitions when I was in high school to get 2nd in Skill Canada and 6th in the Niagara College Competition.
