Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience working with renowned five-star hotels such as Leela Palace and Taj Palace. My expertise lies in Moroccan gastronomy, French and Spanish and I have successfully managed and executed various official events, including national day celebrations and food-related gatherings, representing my country with pride.
In 2021, I relocated to Canada as a foreign worker and embarked on a new chapter in my professional journey. I commenced my tenure as a food service supervisor and subsequently assumed the role of corporate trainer. Currently, I hold the position of Kitchen Manager, where I have demonstrated my leadership and management skills for the past two years.
Furthermore, I am a certified first aid responder (Level 2) and possess a food safety certificate, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen.
