I am from Japan moved to Canada 5 years ago for working at a fancy sushi restaurant located in downtown Toronto.
I have over 13 years experience in Japanese cuisine and I graduated culinary school in Japan.
Leaned a lot from my dad ( He is a great sushi chef) and I cook with my hart ♡
Also love teaching people how to make sushi !!
