Chef Nicole Prasad

I am a professional chef with about 10 years of experience. My background is varied and a bit nomadic when it comes to the culinary world. I have worked in fine-dining restaurants but my most memorable experiences have been in remote locations, some of which the kitchen structures had to be built and broken down at the end of term. Working in those environments created more adventure and excitement and I like to think that has translated into the food that I create.
