I am a professional chef with 30 years International's experience. I have worked in high end fine dining kitchen (3 stars Michelin) as well as helping in home catering and helping chef and owner to open restaurant.
I graduated cooking, pastry, sommelier in France (Dinard) and obtain this certification .
Since i am in Calgary be the Executive chef at : Priddis Greens golf course, Bow valley ranch, owner of la petite table in Okotoks.
