I'm a professional and passionate Italian Chef with more of 20 years of experience.

I was born and studied in Italy....After 12 years as Chef I decided to specialize myself in Butchery which became my passion.

After one year in New York I came in Toronto in 2014 and I'm working as Butcher and Chef.

I have a lot of culinary experience but the most hard and under pressure one was when I was with the Italian Marines.
