Passionate about cooking. Coming from the Caribbean islands, I have a fondness for seafood.
I’m a passionate chef with a deep love for Italian cuisine, which has inspired my cooking for the past six years. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of honing my skills in some of Torontos best restaurants. Fresh, high-quality ingredients and bold, comforting flavors excite me as a chef.
Currently, I teach culinary arts and baking, sharing my knowledge and passion with the next generation of chefs. I believe in creating a strong foundation in cooking while encouraging creativity and exploration in the kitchen.
