Well mannered seasoned Chef with a passion for Southern, Italian, Mediterranean, French and Fucion Cuisines
I am a Certified Red Seal Chef currently residing in North Western Ontario, I have over 20 years as a culinary professional and have worked in every venue from Small Intimate Restaurants to Pubs to Privaye Golf Courses and Hotels. I have a passion for seafood as I began my career on the West Coast which led me to Alberta where I honed my skills in Butchery and Southen style cuisines as well as attained my Journeyman certification where I excelled in Classical French and Italian foods. I also began to fall for Greek and Mediterean cuisine while in Calgary which brought me back home to Thunder Bay where I owned and operated my own Mediteranan Italian Fusion and Pizza Place. I aim to please and enjoy seeing my clients smile in satisfaction at the end of a meal.
