I am a professionally trained chef leaving behind some of Montreal's best restaurants to bring you incredible food experiences in your own home.
I am a professionally trained chef with many years of high end cooking experience, as well as many years of experience as a Pastry Chef. I trained as a chef at the Culinary Institute of Canada on the east coast and went on to work in some of Canada's best restaurants including Raymond's (St. John's, Newfoundland), The Merchant Tavern, Joe Beef, and McKiernan Luncheonette. After the 2020 closure of restaurants, I chose to take my passion for cooking in a different direction, leading me into your homes and serving you food from the heart. My desire is to bring beautiful, restaurant quality experiences to your table and remind you of what it feels like to share food with the people you love.
