Chef Matthew Brazeau, but you can call him Chef Trixx, graduated with a Specialist Chef Diploma from Liaison College. He specializes in elevated homestyle cooking with influences from France, Italy, and even here at home in Canada. When he's not preparing a 5 course feast for you, you can find him portioning and meal prepping for kids and adults. No matter what the event, Chef Trixx's goal is to bring you an exceptional experience that you won't soon forget!
