I am a fun passionate person that doesn't take themselves too seriously, and I feel my food reflects that.
I am a professional Chef with more than 20 years of culinary experience. Growing up in Ottawa, Ontario I was exposed early to a vast cultural flavours. This prompted me to go out and explore the world through cooking. In my years of travel i have perfected my craft whilst cooking and eating my way through parts of Asian, Mexico, Central and South America, Australia, and New Zealand. I enjoying pulling flavours from all of these places. I also have a great joy for making pasta, as well as French and Italian cuisine.
