Young, motivated and hungry private chef and culinary instructor who thrives on being able to create memories through food and constantly innovating.
Having spent about ten years working in kitchens, studios and client's homes, my experience ranges from line cook, to chef de partie to private chef and culinary instructor. Most recently I have spent the last two years working at Toronto-based private company, The Chef Upstairs. This has included working corporate events, private in-home experiences as well as teaching culinary classes ranging from home-cooking French cuisine to Moroccan and everything in between. I have also been on the Cookin app for about a year and am in the process of building a website.
