I am a chef with a diverse culinary background. I studied in Switzerland, where I refined my skills in a world-class environment. After that, I had the opportunity to work at L'Atelier in Paris and Arola in Portugal, both of which further shaped my culinary journey.
I then moved to Mexico, where I opened three restaurants and served as the executive chef for a boutique hotel, overseeing three restaurants on-site. I also consulted for restaurants like The Wild Oscar in Mexico City, allowing me to share my expertise and contribute to various dining experiences.
Most recently, I relocated to Los Angeles, where I am the executive chef at an upscale Mexican restaurant, bringing a unique blend of flavors and innovation to the menu. My journey reflects my passion for gastronomy and commitment to culinary excellence.
