Private Chef In MontrealI am a professional that´s been working for the last 10 years in the best swiss hotels in the 5*S class (Lausanne, Zermatt, Andermatt). The last two years I was head chef at the Resort La Ginabelle Zermatt ****S. I am speaking 5 languages and I graduated in economics and management. My kitchen style is highly influenced by the Italian, mediterranean cuisine as I used to live in Italy for 14 years and it is there where I gained the skills in preparing all kinds of pasta dishes, risotto and traditional Italian fish and meat dishes. A big influence is also given, on the one hand, by the Austrian cuisine as I am Austrian and, on the other hand, by the Swiss cuisine as I've been working there for years. They are paired with some slight Asian influences because of my travelling experiences.
The basis of it all is the ingredients. They have to always be fresh, seasonal, and of the highest quality.
Plating is also very important. Playing with colours and consistencies highlights every single ingredient which has to be perfect in itself too.
But clearly, the biggest importance is given to the taste. My dishes are tasty and consistent and always well balanced.
