Passionate, creative chef with Michelin-level experience, crafting unforgettable private dining experiences with precision and heart.
My experience comes from some of the world’s top kitchens, my culinary journey has taken me from a World’s 50 Best restaurant in Lima to a Michelin-starred restaurant in Barcelona, and most recently to Toronto’s finest dining scene—including a Michelin-starred Modern European restaurant and the city’s top Italian establishments. I specialize in Italian cuisine, with deep knowledge of both Northern and Southern traditions, as well as refined techniques in French, Spanish, Mediterranean, and South American cooking—from vibrant Peruvian ceviches and seafood to authentic Argentinian-style asado. I work closely with the best suppliers in the industry to source premium ingredients such as fresh truffles, caviar, A5 wagyu beef, Ibérico pork, lamb, artisanal cheeses, and the finest local farm produce. With every dish, I bring global experience, passion, and unmatched quality to create truly unforgettable dining experiences.
