I am a father a brother a lover and a restauranteur. Also a traveller at heart.

I changed careers once in my life and went into culinary with the intention to open my own restaurant one day. I started catering to family and friends then worked in the many kitchens which taught me so much until eventually I learned enough to open my own spot in a place called Parkdale downtown west in Toronto. It’s a journey that keeps leading me forward!!
