I am an ambitious culinary professional who embarked on my journey in Canada as a culinary student two years ago. Beginning my culinary endeavors by cooking from home in India, I honed my skills at a Pizza and Pasta restaurant in Sarnia. Seeking greater challenges and experiences, I joined Fairmont Royal York in Toronto, where I gained confidence and expanded my culinary expertise.
Eager to broaden my horizons further, I continued my culinary journey at JW Marriott Muskoka in Muskoka, seizing the opportunity to immerse myself in diverse culinary environments. This journey culminated in my current role as a Junior Sous Chef at The Broadview Hotel in Toronto, where I continue to thrive and contribute to the culinary landscape.
My passion for learning remains unwavering, and I am committed to enhancing my skills and knowledge daily. I am inspired by the vast array of cuisines the world has to offer, and I am dedicated to exploring and mastering them to bring a rich culinary experience to every dish I create.
