I am a 32 year-old classically trained Chef, born and raised in France. I began my culinary training at 16. I obtained my BP from Nantes CFA and apprenticed at five star hôtel Le St Christophe for three years, beginning as a commis and ending as a Sous Chef.
Over the course of the last 15 years, I have worked as a Chef in France (including Corsica), Australia, England and Canada - from bistros to fine dining, to private dining.
After living and working as a Chef in Toronto for 8 years, my wife and I recently moved to the Eastern Townships in order to have easier access to nature.
