I'm a chef and entrepreneur passionate about educating people about the rich and diverse culinary treasures from the beautiful coasts of India.
I currently own and operate Moke, a coastal Indian cloud kitchen, where I serve as both the business owner and head chef. My culinary roots run deep, as I come from a lineage of restaurateurs spanning three generations in India. Growing up in an environment which revolved around food, I developed a passion for cuisine at a young age. Over the years, I have honed my skills in cooking and curating menus around coastal Indian cooking. I now organise monthly supper clubs, offering guests the opportunity to indulge in meticulously crafted traditional and fusions menus. Each event is curated to immerse guests in a unique culinary experience, featuring bespoke table arrangements and a menu meticulously tailored to reflect the theme of the month.
