Passionate about cooking and having a fun time in the kitchen! Most famous dish is the Louie's Original Fried Chicken Sandwich.
I cook at home for fun and my entire family/friends enjoy my meals. Several years of cooking experience at Holts Café and many more. I also opened up my café in Port Perry downtown called Louie's Café. My best dish is the Louie's Original Fried Chicken Sandwich which has fresh creamy coleslaw, pickles (from the farm), and in house chipotle sauce.
