I am a highly trained omakase sushi chef that strives for perfection with my craft.
I have worked in restaurants for nearly 20 years with 15 of them specializing in sushi because I fell in love with the deliciousness of the food and craftsmanship.
I can make sushi at any level, from really delicious and simplistic rolls like avocado and cucumber, spicy salmons and green dragon rolls to mid level sushi that includes more variety of seafood/fish suchas shima-aji, kinemedai, iwashi, and madai as some examples. But my strength and training is in the highend sushi quality that includes bluefin tuna, ankimo, Uni, caviar, wagyu.
