Highly diligent, detail-oriented, and self-motivated chef with proven experience in dynamic and creative kitchen environments.
I am a Red Seal Chef with over twelve years of experience across a variety of kitchen settings. In 2015, I completed my Postgraduate Diploma in Hospitality Management at Lambton College in Toronto. Following that, I relocated to Invermere, BC, where I worked for over five years and progressed to the role of Sous Chef. I then moved to Calgary, Alberta, before eventually settling in Edmonton, where I am currently employed as a Chef with Via Rail Canada.
