I am a caterer in Toronto with 25+ years experience. I prepare all my catering orders from a fully licensed and health board inspected industrial kitchen unit. As a boutique caterer I create customized menus for all occasions. Due to the variety of offerings my culinary skills must be diverse in all techniques of preparation, cooking, and baking so that I can provide delicious food, presented beautifully and served impeccably. I have catered in the private residences of many wealthy and famous individuals serving guests from worldwide destinations. I catered a dinner party for 8 of which Isadore Sharp (founder of four seasons hotel chain) was in attendance. At the end of the meal service the guests requested the chef come to the table. Mr. Sharp gave me a standing ovation.
