Personal Chef with over two years experience on private motor Yachts based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Now based in Cambridge, Ontario Canada.
I am a Stay at home mother of two young children both under the age of three. Passionate about feeding my family only the purest of foods and ingredients, most of the produce I use is grown directly on our land in nutrient dense soil. If not from our land I make sure only to purchase and support local farmers and greenhouses that use organic, regenerative techniques.
My eggs come from my free ranged hens that also serve as a great first job for my son. All meat is locally sourced Grass fed and Grass finished to ensure to purest of taste and quality. Wild caught fish and Pasture raised chicken is always used when preparing a dish. I strongly believe in supporting the Canadian Farmers and small local business when crafting a fine dining experience.
